These terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and any other persons who access or use our services, whether on a free trial, paid subscription, or any other basis.

- •Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of our software.
- •Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of our services or included software.
- •Using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access or interact with our services without prior written consent.
- •Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
- •Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, performance, or availability of our services or the data contained therein.
5. Subscription & Payments

- •All fees are quoted in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.

- •Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and termination of your access.
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
- •You retain ownership of any data you upload or input into our systems. We do not claim ownership of your business data.

- •For FBR Digital Invoicing services, your invoice data may be shared with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) as required by Pakistani tax regulations.
8. Service Availability & Modifications
We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to our services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or without interruption.
- •We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice to users whenever possible.
- •We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with or without notice.
- •In the event of a planned service discontinuation, we will provide reasonable notice and assist with data migration where feasible.
- •We shall not be liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- •Cystence (Pvt) Ltd, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
- •Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- •We are not responsible for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
- •This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cystence (Pvt) Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies as permitted by law.
